Banzai Games is a game development studio for mobile platforms. We are the creators of titles such as Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector, with a combined global audience of over 1 billion players.
We are currently seeking a proactive and goal-oriented
UX/UI Designer at the Middle level or higher, who will work with colleagues to design and develop user interfaces for both new and existing studio projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design user interfaces for various gaming platforms.
- Create various graphic elements, including windows, menus, buttons, icons, decorative elements, etc., and develop and maintain the visual style of the project’s interface.
- Finalize layouts and prepare accompanying documentation.
- Prepare assets for implementation in Unity, and monitor their implementation.
- Analyze the designed solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with game design and development teams.
- Implement innovations and update best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in designing interaction systems and interface design.
- Experience in the gaming industry (at least 1 year).
- Impressive portfolio with examples of game interfaces.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX specifics and principles.
- Graphic design skills (composition, typography, style guides).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
- Ability to work in both prescribed and free styles, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a ‘reasonable’ perfectionist.
- Experience in teamwork and a commitment to constructive collaboration to achieve the best possible results.
- Cross-genre knowledge and a passion for multiplayer games for different platforms, including mobile, and a strong desire to develop and improve them.
- Fluent communication in Russian is required.
